Hello All! Between the primaries, the Grammies, new projects and the snow in NY (I have been riding my bicycle all over these past days in crazy wind and sliding snow - good thing I have a crash helmet ! ) things have been pretty interesting and exciting lately...
I am heading out west to Seattle this weekend to see friends and family and play some shows - please join us - both are late night Feb 16 & 22 - a good excuse for napping in the day!
Other news:
* I am nearly done with my newest CD, The Shop of Wild Dreams. I'll be mastering it in a couple weeks and getting it out in the world soon! For sneak peeks of some songs see http://www.myspace.com/jessicaluriemusic.
* Cds Tiger, Tiger! and La Luce Azzura will be available for digital download in the next couple weeks.
* The Circus Amok band is finishing the newest mastering on our CD CITIZEN*SHIP and that will also be out soon - it sounds fantastic!
* The TIPTONS SAX QUARTET will be touring the Midwest in April and Europe in May/June. See http://www.myspace.com/tiptons or http://www.tiptonssaxquartet.com
* And some new projects have been in the works - a duo/quartet project with guitarist Marco Capelli, and the TUNNELTRIO (put an umlaut over the "U") with Abraham Gomez (Zemog) and Chris Stromquist (Kultur Shock). Look for dates coming up with both projects.
AND FYI - U.S. CELL PHONE USERS!!! Today! (Wed. Feb 13)
CELL PHONE NUMBERS GO PUBLIC All cell phone numbers are being released to telemarketing companies tomorrow and you will start to receive sales calls.

It is the National DO NOT CALL list. It will only take a minute of your time.
It blocks your number for five (5) years. You must call from the cell phone number you want to have blocked. You cannot call from a different phone number.HELP OTHERS BY PASSING THIS ON TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS. It take about 20 seconds.
